Huda Moi 90-Minute Executive Consultation Agreement & Privacy Disclosure

Before proceeding with payment for your consultation, please carefully review and acknowledge the following terms. This agreement ensures clarity, confidentiality, and a professional understanding between both parties.

1. Scope of Consultation

• The consultation is designed to provide strategic guidance, professional coaching, and insights based on the information you provide.
• Outcomes, results, or business improvements are not guaranteed and depend on your individual circumstances, engagement, and consistent implementation.
• The session will focus on your business objectives, strategic vision, operational challenges, and in-house processes.
• Following the consultation, if the session exceeds the allotted 90 minutes, Huda Moi Coaching & Consultancy may provide a tailored plan or proposal, including quotations for additional services, as needed.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy (updated)

• All information shared by either party during the consultation shall remain strictly confidential.
• Neither party shall disclose, reproduce, or utilize any shared information, documents, or recommendations without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
• By proceeding with payment, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all materials, strategies, and recommendations provided by Huda Moi Coaching & Consultancy.
• Attendance is limited to a maximum of two participants from your organization, including at least one individual authorized to make decisions on behalf of the organization.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment via PayPal is required prior to the consultation.
• Consultations are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.

4. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing the payment process, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined in this agreement.
2. You consent to the confidentiality and privacy provisions stated herein.
3. You understand that this consultation constitutes a private, professional service and does not guarantee specific results.
